This is an interesting and varied role combining lifecycle cost forecasting, commercial analysis, financial planning and asset management, working closely with senior stakeholders to support the effective management of a large and complex estate.You will play a key role in reviewing lifecycle expenditure, managing cost forecasts, assessing proposed works and ensuring that financial assumptions are supported by accurate data, industry benchmarking and relevant legislation.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Preparing, managing and maintaining Qualifying Change in Law (QCiL) claims, ensuring submissions are kept up to date and relevant legislative changes are identified.Supporting the development and refinement of long-term lifecycle cost forecasts, including analysing expenditure, identifying cost drivers and maintaining the lifecycle risk register.Reviewing asset maintenance and replacement strategies to ensure contractual obligations and future asset condition ..... full job details .....
