Your New RoleYou will be working across both support and project delivery, taking ownership of technical issues and contributing to the ongoing improvement of client environments. Your ResponsibilitiesAdministering and supporting Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune and compliance toolsManaging Windows and macOS environmentsDelivering email migrations including cloud to cloud and hybrid setupsSupporting and troubleshooting networking equipment including Cisco Meraki, HP Aruba, Ubiquiti and SonicWallLeading infrastructure projects from design through to deploymentUsing tools such as Datto RMM, Autotask and IT Glue to monitor and manage environmentsSupporting server, backup, security and firewall configurationsAttending client sites when required for installs and issue resolutionWorking with video conferencing equipment Tech EnvironmentMicrosoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Google WorkspaceIntune, JAMF, Entra ID, Endpoint ManagerCisco Meraki, HP Aruba, Ubiquiti, SonicWall, VLANsDatto RMM, Autotask, IT GlueSecurity and backup tools including Bitdefender and SaaS protection platforms You Will HavePre
