Field Service Manager

Location: Bracknell RG12 - Office based.

Salary: Circa £45,000-£55,000 DOE

Permanent | Full-time - Monday - Friday

We''re looking for an experienced Field Service Manager / Field Engineering Manager to lead a team of field-based engineers within a technical services environment.

You''ll manage the day-to-day field service operation, including engineer scheduling, resource planning, team performance, training and service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of Field Service Engineers / mobile engineers
• Coordinate engineer scheduling, workloads and resource planning
• Monitor KPIs, productivity and service performance
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development
• Provide operational and technical support to engineers
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance and quality
• Manage customer queries and escalations
• Improve operational efficiency and field service delivery

About you:

• Experience managing Field Service Engineers, Service Engineers, Technicians or mobile engineering teams
• Engineering, technical services, testing, maintenance, compliance or similar background
• Strong people management and operational management experience
• Experience with scheduling and coordinating field-based teams
• Strong customer and stakeholder-management skills
• Engineering or technical qualification, or equivalent industry experience, preferred
