Salary: -31,936 - -35,027 per annum (dependent on qualification)

Service Manager - The Role:

As Service Manager, you will ensure the organisation delivers person-centred services to all members while building strong relationships with them, their families and the local community. You will supervise and manage a team of support workers, write care and support plans, manage rotas, and handle team management including annual leave, appraisals and performance management. You will partner with the Registered Manager to deliver strategic objectives across the operations division.

Service Manager - Key Responsibilities:

- Work alongside the Registered Manager to organise and write care and support plans, risk assessments and person-centred services while adhering to organisational policies and quality systems

- Manage day-to-day operational requirements, quality measurements and monitoring of the service

- Deputise for the Registered Manager and carry out all associated duties during their absence

- Ensure the service has appropriate resources and staffing levels to support members

- Keep all members informed of social, recreational and community opportunities and facilitate access

Service Manager - You:

- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care with experience in rota planning across 24-hour, 7-day operations

- Previous experience in financial management, budget control, line management and working with adults with a learning disability and autistic people

- Ability to address employee issues fairly and consistently, with knowledge of CQC fundamental standards, safeguarding procedures and regulatory inspection processes

- Flexible worker able to participate in on-call rotas with a full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle

- Right to work in the UK
