Junior Quantity Surveyor Location: Oxfordshire THE OPPORTUNITY CPXR is recruiting for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join an established and growing construction business based in the area of Oxfordshire. THE ROLE Assist with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets and tender documentation. Support the management of project costs, valuations and financial reporting. Help prepare and review subcontractor enquiries, quotations and payments. Monitor project expenditure and assist with cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams. Maintain accurate commercial records and assist with contractual and project documentation.
