Field-based HR Advisor roleWe''re recruiting for a Regional HR Advisor to support a leading multi-site automotive retail group across the North and Central England (12-month FTC, potential to extend).You''ll be the on-the-ground HR partner for retail dealership sites - owning a caseload of ER cases, guiding managers through disciplinary and grievance processes, and driving a consistent, commercial approach to people management.
