This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior solicitor to step into a leadership role, taking over an already thriving team while shaping the department’s future growth and success.The RoleAs Head of Private Client, you will:Manage and develop your own caseload of private client matters, including trusts and complex estates.Lead, support, and mentor a talented team of private client solicitors and professionals.Provide clients with expert advice across Wills, LPAs, Court of Protection, and estate administration.Deliver exceptional client service while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Drive the department’s strategic development and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.Take part in business development and marketing activities to strengthen client relationships.Demonstrate strong financial management, with a focus on cash flow and billing procedures.About YouA solicitor with

5+ years PQE
