The Role

Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team, instilling discipline, structure, and confidence.

Set clear goals, expectations, and standards to raise team performance.

Create, implement, and embed a structured sales playbook.

Drive new business growth across digital-first clients, agencies, and influencers.

Inspire and coach your team to remove limiting beliefs and unlock their full potential.

Be hands-on in strategy and execution leading from the front as a role model.

Collaborate with senior leadership to shape long-term commercial strategy.

About You

Proven track record in digital or online sales, ideally SaaS, CRM, marketing tech, or digital solutions.

Experience leading, coaching, and elevating a sales team you know how to get the best out of people.

High energy, passionate, engaging, and hungry for success.

Commercially sharp and metrics-driven, able to design and deliver a repeatable sales process.

Ambitious, career-focused, and excited by the prospect of fast progression into a C-level sales leadership role.
