Your experience and input will directly shape the business as we grow. The Role This is a genuinely hands-on job, producing tooling used right across UK packaging and manufacturing. We''re looking for a General Production Operative to work across departments, learning customer specifications and building practical skills as you go. It''s an ideal role for someone self-motivated and hands-on, who takes pride in getting things right first time. Full training is provided, and there''s real scope to progress. This is a day shift role but includes the oppourtunity to progress onto a shift position, which brings a further increase in hourly pay.
