Kinetic are recruiting for reliable and flexible Food Production Operatives to work for a large food manufacturer in Ashton-Under-Lyne.

**PLEASE NOTE** - ONLY CANDIDATES WITH FOOD HANDLING / FOOD PRODUCTION EXPEREINCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
For Health and Safety reasons, part of the recruitment process will entail a Maths and English test.

As a Food Production Operative, you will be working in a fast-paced, targeted factory environment.

The available shifts are as follows. Flexibility to work all 3 would be ideal:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
- 10pm to 6am

The role will have you
* Packing finished products into boxes
* Lifting bags or boxes weighing up to 25kg
* Conducting quality checks throughout production
* Loading, palletising, and general line support
* Working as part of a team while using your own initiative
* Maintaining a consistent and fast work pace
* Reading documents and completing paperwork
* Writing important information

As one of the Food Production Operatives, we need you to have:
* Previous food production experience - this is essential. Candidates without this wont be offered work for this role and wont be contacted
* Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) to read instructions and complete required documentation
* Numerical competency, as you will complete a numerical test during registration
* Ability to work quickly, accurately, and safely in a fast-moving environment
* A team-player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues
* Reliability, good timekeeping, and a proactive work ethic
* Ability to follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors
* Ability to follow Health & Safety guidelines at all times
