Based in the City, you’ll join a growing Accounts department where your time will be split between statutory accounts preparation and management accounts work. You’ll work in small teams under the supervision of Seniors and Partners, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to client-facing responsibilities. Prepare year-end and management accounts for a wide range of clients, including SMEs, LLPs, partnerships and sole tradersProduce draft accounts files with minimal queries, ensuring accuracy and qualityPrepare VAT returns and assisting with ad hoc assignments as requiredSupervise and supporting junior staff when required, helping them develop their skillsWork directly with clients to gather information, resolve queries and provide a high-quality serviceManage workloads to meet deadlines within budgeted timescalesRequirements
AAT Qualified, or ACCA Part-Qualified with desire to progress throughDemonstrable experience preparing accounts, from prime records to final draftExperience with QuickBooks (essential); knowledge of Pro-Audit, CCH and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) desirableBenefits
