Statutory Accounts Semi Senior with at least two years’ experience from a good quality accountancy firm, seeking progression to a Top 100 firm with 85 staff. Based in Central London, the firm specialises in working with interesting and high profile Media, Entertainment, Film, TV and Sport based clients. The role offers high levels of responsibility, exposure to diverse client work, study support for the ACA qualification, and opportunities to develop broader accountancy skills. You will work in a medium size practice that mainly serves Film, TV, Creative, Media and Entertainment clients and use cloud software such as Xero.Responsibilities

Prepare statutory accountsPrepare corporation tax returnsPrepare personal tax returnsPrepare VAT returnsReview bookkeeping assignments prepared by more junior staffBe trained in other areas of accountancy such as management accountsEngage with a wide range of clients in Film and TV, Advertising, Media, Entertainment, Sport and Creative sectorsUtilise cloud software packages such as XeroLearn and progress within a growing, supportive teamQualifications

At least two years of experience in a general practiceExperience as Accounts Semi Senior, Accounts Assistant or Trainee AccountantIdeally started ACA examsExperience preparing statutory accounts, tax returns, VAT returns and bookkeepingStrong advisory potential; willing to develop advisory skills with training and guidanceExperience with cloud software packages including XeroLooking to work in a medium-sized practice serving Film, TV, Creative, Media and Entertainment clientsAbout the Firm / Benefits
