What it’s about

Ensuring departments run smoothly and efficiently.

Working closely with the COO, Heads of Department, and senior managers.

Supporting departments to stay profitable, productive, and aligned with the firm’s strategy.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day Practice Group finances including billing, budgeting, and profitability.

Plan and manage staffing, recruitment, and team performance.

Support strategic planning and major projects.

Improve work delivery, including resources, pricing, and client management.

Champion culture, retention, and staff development.

Act as a link between departments and business support teams.

Support marketing, business development, and client relationship strategies.
