This role is not just about pushing a button. You''ll need to be confident reading and understanding engineering drawings, working out the material required, setting up the machine and programming and operating it to produce the finished component. You''ll be working with bespoke machinery and low-volume production, so you''ll need to be confident working independently, solving problems and making decisions throughout the machining process.
