Its building up a fast-growing energy and infrastructure division, covering solar, EV charging and battery storage, and thats where you''ll sit. you''ll report to the Head of Infrastructure and run a varied mix of projects. you''ll start with the simpler ones and take on more complex work as you grow. Typical projects: Reviewing existing solar installations and finding ways to get more value from them, including setting up simple systems to track the data Designing processes for EV charging, such as calculating and allocating electricity costs Setting up AI automations to make everyday processes faster and simpler Occasional site visits during equipment or software rollouts you''ll work in a small, flat team alongside the CEO, legal, portfolio and operations teams, as well as a range of external partners. The business encourages the use of AI and modern tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor. We are looking for someone who has: Some real commercial experience with stakeholder management experience.
