We are looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a busy Project Services team. This role will support the successful delivery of commercial and industrial projects across the UK, acting as a key link between Project Managers, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors and customers. The successful candidate will play an important role in coordinating project activities from contract award through to completion and handover, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely and in line with agreed timescales. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain project trackers, programmes, action logs and scopes of work. Coordinate project mobilisation activities, including site access requirements, inductions, permits and supporting documentation. Liaise with internal teams, customers, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate procurement activities, material deliveries and project support services. Produce, review and maintain project documentation and records. Manage information received via customer and contractor portals, distributing actions to relevant stakeholders. Support Project Managers with reporting, cost tracking and administrative tasks.
