This is a frontline Child Protection role within a fast-paced environment, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding vulnerable children and supporting families through complex challenges. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of children subject to Child in Need, Child Protection, and Care Proceedings.Undertaking comprehensive assessments and developing outcome-focused care plans.Preparing high-quality reports for Court and representing the Local Authority in legal proceedings.Working in partnership with multi-agency professionals to ensure coordinated and effective support.Maintaining accurate, timely case recordings in line with statutory requirements. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3 years'' post-qualified experience in Children''s Services.Court Work: Proven experience with Care Proceedings and sound knowledge of legal processes.Registration: Active Social Work England registration.Skills: Strong assessment, analytical, and report-writing abilities.
