This agency is celebrated for its "Outstanding" Ofsted rating and a unique operational structure that allows practitioners to focus on high-quality relationship building. Unlike traditional roles, this position segregates tasks effectively, the successful candidate will focus entirely on the support and development of foster carers, as Form F assessments and referrals are managed by specialist internal departments. Job Summary and Strategic Focus The primary goal is to empower foster carers through intensive, high-level support, ensuring children in placement receive the highest standard of care. The role offers a manageable caseload, allowing for meaningful intervention. Practitioners work alongside Behaviour Specialists, Health Professionals, and Educational Advisers to provide a holistic support network. Central office is based in Sheffield, with the caseload primarily covering the East Midlands (Mansfield and Nottingham).
