Specialist lawyers in leisure, media and entertainment work closely alongside the firm’s corporate finance, employment, real estate and dispute resolution groups to provide a truly bespoke service to its clients.ABOUT THE TEAMThe team consists of a senior partner and two junior associatesThe team cover a wide range of both commercial and residential work to include funding, landlord and tenant corporate support matters.ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute real estate partner to work alongside the head of team to enhance and grow the real estate practice. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned solicitor with a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and team leadership to join a forward-thinking firm with ambitious growth plans. The ideal candidate will have a following of £300k+.RESPONSIBILITIESTeam player: Part of a dynamic team of fee earners and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.Client Management: Maintain and grow a loyal client base including, high-net-worth individuals (HNWs), property investors, and corporate clients with substantial portfolios.Business Development: Drive brand awareness and cultivate strategic partnerships.Revenue Generation: Consistently deliver strong billing performance.Operational Excellence: Oversee complex commercial and or residential transactions including sales, purchases, financing and landlord and tenant matters, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.Strategic Growth: Identify and develop new revenue streams, expand service offerings, and contribute to the firms strategic direction.The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessary by your changing role within the firm and the overall business needs.SKILLS, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONSThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:Skills and experienceDemonstrated success in building and managing a practice.Proven ability to manage caseloads and deliver exceptional client service.Track record of high-value transactions and premium client service.Strong commercial acumen and instinctive business development skills.Experience working with HNWs, investors, and corporate clients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.A methodical approach to work with a strong focus on accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience liaising with senior internal stakeholdersEnthusiasm, resilience, and a professional approach, with an excellent customer service ethicAbility to liaise with, persuade and influence colleagues at all levelsAbility to remain organised, prioritise and multi-task particularly when managing a large workload under pressure and to tight deadlinesAbility to work confidentially, remaining discreet at all timesFlexibility towards working out of regular hours at busy timesQualificationsQualified SolicitorEQUAL OPPORTUNITIESOur aim is for all staff to feel welcomed at Sheridans and ultimately be their true self at work.
