Managing a caseload of

Private Client matters

including Wills, LPAs, trusts, estate administration, and Court of Protection.Leading, mentoring, and developing

a talented team of Private Client professionals.Driving client service excellence and ensuring compliance.Supporting the

strategic growth

of the department.Involvement in marketing and business development activities.Overseeing financial management including billing and cashflow control.Qualifications

Minimum

5 years PQE

in Private Client law.Ideally

STEP qualified

(or working towards).Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team.Broad technical expertise across the full range of Private Client work.Full UK driving licence and access to own transport (essential).Benefits
