You will take responsibility for overseeing daily workstation performance, supporting and developing team members, and ensuring high standards of safety, productivity, and operational excellence.Responsibilities Include: Oversee colleagues across multiple workstations, providing performance feedback and ensuring operational standards are met. Complete pre-start safety checks, report near misses, and ensure health and safety compliance. Ensure production runs to the agreed plan and record key performance data. Troubleshoot machinery and material issues to maintain smooth operations. Support maintenance and repair of plant equipment.
