Saint-Gobain PAM in Ilkeston is looking for a driven, people-focused Team Leader to oversee production in our FPP (Flange Pipe Plant) - where we turn high-quality cast iron ductile pipes into critical components for water and infrastructure networks.What you''ll doAs a key part of the operations team, you''ll lead a team of up to 20 Production Operatives, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met across three active production lines.Your day will start with ensuring deployment of staff in key areas are achieved, ensuring everyone has the correct PPE and RPE, knows their targets, and understands the plan for the shift.
