Senior Quantity Surveyor roles & responsibilities:

- Subcontractor / materials procurement
- Managing Client
- Payments / Variations
- Reporting / CVRs
- Final Accounts

Senior Quantity Surveyor experience required:

- Minimum 10 years Quantity Surveying experience.
- Previous Industrial & Logistics project experience - desirable.
- Degree educated or similar.
- Excellent IT / reporting skills.
- Strong communication skills.
