Customer Support Administrator
Job: Customer Support Administrator Location: Midsomer Norton (Office Based - ONLY) Hours: Monday to Friday (34.5hrs, spread over 5 days ONLY) Salary: £23,600.00pa Contract: Permanent We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator to join our clients dynamic Customer Service and Sales teams. This role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and plays a key part in supporting both internal and external customers in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Key Responsibilities Communicate and liaise with customers politely and efficiently. Process and progress orders, providing accurate updates on status, delivery details, and alternatives in line with company KPIs. Manage customer orders through portals and shared inboxes. Handle enquiries from internal teams (Production, Warehouse, Marketing, Purchasing, Sales Representatives) and external customers. Be proactive in building rapport with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience. Assist with prompt processing of sample requests. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data. Work collaboratively to achieve individual and team performance targets. Liaise with Sales Managers, offering suggestions and maintaining a positive, helpful attitude. Deliver excellent customer service to meet expectations of both internal and external customers. What We re Looking For Essential Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
