This role requires a blend of leadership, active site auditing, and direct operational cover when required.Key ResponsibilitiesRegularly audit commercial cleaning standards, report findings to the Commercial Services Manager, and ensure all contract specifications are met.Support and train frontline cleaning staff to maintain service levels and skill requirements.Cover cleaning duties directly in the event of unscheduled staff absences or planned holidays.Act as a main point of contact for clients, responding proactively to requests or service queries to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain, clean, and conduct weekly checks on the provided company vehicle while ensuring it is fully stocked with required supplies and equipment.Complete operational documentation, ..... full job details .....
