As HR Manager / ER Specialist Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in delivering a proactive, commercially focused and legally compliant HR service. A significant part of the role will focus on Employee Relations, acting as a senior escalation point for complex and potentially high-risk cases. You will work closely with senior leaders and operational managers, providing expert advice, coaching and practical support to ensure people matters are handled fairly, consistently and in line with current employment legislation.
