Adapro Talent Partners are delighted to be exclusively partnering a Milton Keynes based manufacturing/construction business with their recruitment of a Financial Controller to cover a period of 12 Month''s Maternity Leave. The Financial Controller will be a technical, professional and outward-facing finance leader who is experienced at providing full financial, accounting, reporting and credit management service to a group of businesses. The role will work closely with functional heads to manage cost, margin, working capital and credit risk, while ensuring compliance with UK GAAP, statutory, tax and Group reporting requirements. The Financial Controller will also play a key role in business planning, reporting, risk management and continuous improvement across the UK business. Key Responsibilities: Management of the monthly close and reporting process within defined timescales for all subsidiaries. Responsibility for monthly management information and analysis including PandL, Working Capital, Balance Sheet, Cost Variances, KPIs and margin analysis. Continuous development of reporting tools to meet evolving business and management information requirements. Assist the Finance Director in leading the strategic planning, annual budget and rolling forecast processes, providing analysis on key performance drivers.
