As our Employee Relations and Advisory Team Lead you will : - Lead and inspire a high-performing ER and Advisory team, building capability and driving excellence - Act as the trusted expert on complex and high-profile employee relations cases - Design and embed frameworks, policies, and ways of working that enable consistency and impact - Partner with senior leaders and trade unions to deliver positive, pragmatic outcomes - Play a key role in organisational change, supporting leaders through transformation and continuous improvement - Provide leadership within a changing environment, helping to embed new structures, ways of working, and a newly established ER and Advisory function - Champion inclusi
