The Head of Tendering and New Sales will lead tendering, bid management and new-client acquisition activities. The role will be responsible for creating a consistent and commercially disciplined approach to identifying opportunities, developing winning proposals and converting new enquiries into profitable appointments. Working closely with the leadership team, the head of will ensure that proposed services are deliverable, correctly resourced, appropriately priced and aligned with the company''s strategic growth objectives. This is a senior leadership role with direct responsibility for developing the new-business pipeline and supporting the companies ambition to grow. Key Responsibilities:Tendering and Bid Management Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, fee proposals, framework applications, expressions of interest and pre-qualification questionnaires. Establish a structured bid-management process covering qualification, bid planning, technical input, pricing, review, approval and submission.
