The Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorgan Chase is pivotal in advancing the firm''s data and analytics capabilities, ensuring data quality and security while promoting insights for decision-making. The Firmwide Chief Data Office (CDO) maximizes global data value through strategic governance, focusing on data strategy, impact optimization, and privacy. The Strategy and Execution team defines the CDO vision, leading initiatives that equip business lines with AI-ready data tools and solutions to manage data and privacy risks effectively.The Firmwide Chief Data Office (CDO) is responsible for maximizing the value and impact of data globally, in a highly governed way. It consists of several teams focused on accelerating JPMorgan Chase''s data, analytics and AI journey, including; data strategy, data impact optimization, privacy, data governance, transformation and talent.The Strategy and Execution team is responsible for defining and articulating the CDO vision and strategy, and executing on strategic initiatives to deliver the target state roadmap. The team leads critical projects that enable Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions with the tools and solutions to achieve AI-ready data, and effectively and efficiently manage data and privacy risk.As an Executive Director in Portfolio Management within the Firmwide CDO, you will be responsible for investment planning, portfolio and program management governance, and the reporting and control framework of the CDO change portfolio. You will drive the data agenda and roadmap for the organization through the management of portfolio governance, metrics and reporting, and communications.Job ResponsibilitiesManage the annual CDO investment planning and budgeting processManage the CDO change portfolio governance, reporting and control frameworksManage the portfolio roadmap, identifying trends and critical RAID itemsMeasure and report on portfolio performance and metrics, ensuring alignment with the organization''s overall objectivesFacilitate program outputs including a playbook of repeatable processes for continued program successLead strategic change initiatives end-to-end from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standardsCommunicate and coordinate effectively with Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions to gather status updates, drive program reporting and alignment on program deliverables and objectivesDevelop and maintain deep relationships with stakeholders across Lines of Businesses and functional areasCoach other team members and contribute to the wider group''s objectivesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExtensive industry experienceStrong experience in Portfolio / Program / Change Management and process designExcellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, prioritize and work under pressureDemonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goalsAbility to build consensus and progress initiatives in a highly collaborative, cross-functional and matrixed environmentAbility to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of functionsExcellent leadership skills - of programs, projects, teams and/or employeesStrong communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas and challenges in a succinct wayProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointBS/BA degree or equivalent experience/ Bachelor''s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or other related areaPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsA strong data, analytics or product background is importantExperience and technical knowledge of data management and governance, big data platforms, or data architecture preferredMBA and/or advanced degree from a top-tier programAbout usJ.P.
