This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced classroom supervisors who want to gain valuable school experience and make a positive impact on young peopleandrsquo;s education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Support pupils with their learning and maintain a positive learning environment
• Follow school policies on safeguarding, behaviour, and health andamp; safety
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and classroom engagement

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience working with young people (in education, sports coaching, or similar roles)
• Confident in managing classroom behaviour and engaging students
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
