Client Liaison Manager

As a Client Liaison Manager, you will manage the sales and marketing processes within the home, ensure the effective daily operation of the Sales and Marketing Department, meet and exceed budget targets, fill the home with the agreed client base, and maximise revenue. You will also help ensure sales targets and deadlines are met, adhere to brand standards, handle general sales and marketing enquiries, maintain the pipeline of potential members, and develop and maintain contacts with key care influences.Responsibilities
Manage the sales and marketing processes in the home and oversee the daily operation of the Sales and Marketing Department.Meet and exceed budget targets and maximise revenue by filling the home with the agreed client base.Ensure sales targets and Sales and Marketing deadlines are met and that brand standards are followed.Answer general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers through various channels (brochure requests, internet enquiries, etc.).Maintain and update the pipeline of potential members and anticipate when they may become residents.Develop new contacts and maintain regular, close contacts with all key care influences.About You
Live the values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.Have a full UK driving license and a clean record.Be able to negotiate with skill and expertise and possess effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.Be able to prioritise your own workload.Ideally have a background in a previous sales position.About Avery
