The Client Liaison Executive will work closely with UK and European based MGA''s partners who are seeking additional capacity solutions in the Chinese and Far East markets.

This will be an expansive role that will evolve over time and grow with the successful candidate. You will play a key part in contributing to the Annual Business Plan.

DUA Client Liaison Executive

Overview

* Seek to develop new relationships and promote the companies service provision.

* Support clients with the DUA application and registration processes.

* Co-ordinate all aspects of the on-boarding procedures to ensure a seamless delivery.

* Provide guidance and ongoing support to clients.

* Performance and compliance monitoring and reporting.

* Process and administer monthly bordereaux and maintain paper and digital records.

* Close liaison with colleagues based in the Hong Kong and China.

What you need to show

* 5 years experience within the DUA insurance environment

* Knowledge of due diligence and on-boarding processes

* Able to manage monthly bordereaux.

* A track record of providing strong client service and relationship management.

* Willingness to develop new business opportunities.

What you need to know

* Salary from £50,000 to £65,000

* Performance bonus and benefits package

* Hybrid Working Flexibility with 3 days in the City of London and 2 days from home

* The company have 3 employees based in the UK. Initially, you must be prepared to regularly work on your own in the City office.
