This is a commercially focused position requiring someone with a strong understanding of rail production environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships across the Scottish rail market, identifying new opportunities and building a sustainable pipeline of work. The role could suit an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in rail production, or someone who has worked within a rolling stock production, maintenance, overhaul or depot environment and is looking to move into a commercially focused role. The Role as a Business Development Manager: Working closely with senior leadership, you will take a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities across Scotland. You will spend time in the market, meeting rail organisations, developing relationships and gaining an understanding of their current and upcoming production requirements.
