This hands-on role involves stabilising, enhancing, and supporting an existing solution, acting as the lead technical expert while working closely with an internal Project Manager. Responsibilities include managing development, UAT and production environments, troubleshooting complex customisations, improving platform functionality, and ensuring the solution is scalable, reliable, and ready for go-live. Ideal candidates will be experienced in taking over in-flight implementations, navigating complex environments, and delivering successful outcomes through to production.
