What we''re looking for: Strong business analysis experience supporting Dynamics 365 FandO/Dynamics AX implementations. ERP process knowledge across manufacturing, supply chain and finance. Experience gathering requirements, leading workshops and mapping current and future business processes. Knowledge of production planning, BOM, inventory, procurement and shop floor operations. Experience supporting legacy ERP migrations, ideally Sage, including data mapping and validation. Ability to work with implementation partners and business stakeholders on fit-gap analysis, functional requirements and user acceptance testing. Experience supporting ERP transformation programmes in complex manufacturing environments is essential.
