Our client is open to all levels of Motor Claims experience, including TP, PI, and AD.Key Responsibilities:Pro-actively manage all aspects of a claim from notification through to conclusion.Provide an excellent claims handling service, in accordance with company procedures and service standards.Investigate and resolve claims in a professional, timely and pro-active manner.Manage and exceed customer expectations and prioritise work to resolve any disputes that may arise in the settlement of a claim.Manage all aspects of damage sustained to the policyholders'' vehicle, where possible via the use of the dedicated network of vehicle repairers.Updating additional Information on existing claims.
