Grove House is designed to meet the needs of residents with enduring mental health. It is staffed 24 hours a day, with staff available during the day and a sleep in member of staff. Grove House staff offer a high level of support, and clients work closely with staff to achieve their personal goals and gain increased independence before taking the next step in their journey. As a Senior Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading shifts, medication management, delegate tasks, manage incidents, monitor the health and safety of the project and residents.
