We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager to assist the Registered Home Manager in the day to day running of Charles Davies House residential service in Hockley, Birmingham. The post holder will participate in the continued delivery of good quality services using a person centred approach. You will proactively work to improve service users'' quality of life and promote individual recovery by providing active user led support and choice. The successful candidate will already have worked in a supervisory position and will have a good level of experience of working in a mental health residential care home.
