Service Manager

My client based in Epsom is currently looking for a Service Manager to start an exciting journey on a newly renovated service. Information about the service and Role: Service is currently Residential but will be moving to Supported Living very soon. Supporting 4 people currently, planned to be 5 following building work (currently the service users are with learning disabilities, and wheelchair users with LD) Service is currently under huge refurbishments and renovation.so will look fantastic by the end of the year Managing 8-10 staff- a very lovely staff team, who are great with the PWS and keep them active, but need consistent support from Management moving forward to ensure they are fully supported in their role. This role is NOT CQC Accountable - this sits with the Senior Service Manager (SSM) Salary currently 31,500 per annum, to be reviewed again in Sept 2025.Requirements for New Manager: Able to work fully flexibly across the week, hours ranging from 7am-9pm, or potential 11pm depending on activities. Able to commit to one sleep in shift per week. Driver, with their own car and happy to use their own car for work (service is not easily accessible via public transport so driving is essential!) NVQ L4 or above, with experience managing a service. Good communication and organisational skills. To effectively manage the operational activities and the development of the Service.
