Job Overview: Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Consultant (Perms) you will be responsible for running a profitable perm desk. You will identify new clients and vacancies, then manage the permanent recruitment placements from the interview to offer stage and beyond. This will include sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. Key Responsibilities: Identifying and developing client/business relationships, through targeted business development and sales planning Making outbound calls to potential clients and building long-term relationships Attending meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies using various methods, such as advertising, networking, and referrals.
