Job Overview Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for running a profitable temp desk, supported by the resourcing team. This will include proactive business development and account management of your clients, plus sourcing of skilled and senior workers. Key Responsibilities Targeted business development and sales planning Making outbound calls to potential clients and building long-term relationships Attending meetings with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies using various methods, such as advertising, networking, and referrals.
