we have a very busy public bar and restaurant (check us out on Facebook and Instagram) and we do work hard, the hours are unsociable (breakfast, nights, weekends and bank holidays) and we have the occasional challenges (it''s hospitality) - but the benefits do out way the negatives (great team who like good craic, use of fresh local produce in dishes, picturesque location).We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for food, likes to cook, has a good temperament, is willing to learn and is willing to work. We are a small team and we all work hard - even the Head Chef - and what we do we do well! We provide on the job training, and are always looking to advance and enhance all staff capabilities.
