An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor / Senior Corporate Associate to join a law firm providing legal advice to businesses and individuals across a broad range of sectors, with expertise spanning corporate, commercial, real estate, employment, dispute resolution and private client services.As a Corporate Solicitor / Senior Corporate Associate, you will be supporting a corporate team on a variety of transactions, providing legal advice, managing matters, and assisting with client relationships and business development activities.This full-time permanent role offers hybrid working options, a competitive salary and benefits.You will be responsible for:Advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, spin-outs and venture capital matters.Drafting transaction documents and providing clear legal advice to clients.Managing transactions from initial stages through to completion.Working closely with clients, colleagues and third parties to support successful outcomes.Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the team.Supervising junior team members and providing guidance where required.What we are looking for:Previously worked as a Corporate Associate Corporate Solicitor, Corporate lawyer or in a similar role within private practicePossess approx. 6 years of PQE (Post-Qualified Experience)A qualified Solicitor with SRA accreditation.Proven experience in MandA, venture capital, and corporate ..... full job details .....
