About the Role Working alongside experienced partners and specialists, you will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including: Mergers and acquisitions Company restructures and reorganisations Shareholder agreements Joint ventures Corporate governance matters Share and asset sales and purchases Private equity and investment transactions General company law advice You will manage your own caseload while supporting on larger and more complex transactions, building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the team.
