Site Services TechnicianPermanent Essex / Cambridgeshire Full-time (Mon-Fri)The Role Support the safe and efficient operation of site facilities through planned and reactive maintenance. Reporting to the Site Services Manager, you''ll work across utilities, buildings, and infrastructure to minimise downtime and support operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanned and reactive maintenance of site services (HVAC, electrical, water, compressed air, utilities)First-line support for facilities and infrastructure issuesMinor building fabric and general maintenance tasksManage helpdesk requests and maintenance recordsSupervise contractors and ensure HandS complianceSupport site improvement, energy and sustainability projectsAssist with emergency procedures and site testingAbout YouMinimum 5 years'' experience in facilities or site servicesTechnical qualification (NVQ, CandG, ONC/HNC or equivalent)Strong knowledge of building services systemsExperience in industrial, manufacturing or commercial environmentsFamiliar with CMMS/CAFM systems and HandS regulationsHands-on, proactive, and a strong problem solverDesirable17th/18th Edition or other electrical/HVAC certificationsWhat''s on OfferCompetitive package and long-term career developmentSupportive, friendly working environmentExcellent location south of Cambridge with strong transport links
