Masstemps are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Aluminium Welder / Fabricator to join a busy and well-established manufacturing business based in Kidderminster.This is a hands-on role for a skilled welder/fabricator who is confident working with aluminium and TIG welding and can produce high-quality work from drawings and specifications.You will be involved in the fabrication and welding of a range of metal components and assemblies, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities. TIG weld aluminium components and assemblies to a high standard.. Read and work from engineering drawings and specifications.. Fabricate and assemble metal components accurately.. Measure, mark out, cut and prepare materials prior to welding.. Carry out welding, grinding, finishing and general fabrication duties.. Ensure welds and finished products meet required quality standards.. Inspect your own work and identify any defects or areas requiring adjustment.. Use a range of hand and workshop tools safely and effectively.. Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.. Work to production deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship..
