Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a global manufacturing business in the search for a Head of Quality to lead and transform their quality function at a pivotal stage of growth.Supplying into highly regulated energy and industrial markets, this organisation has ambitious plans to double turnover over the next five years and is seeking a dynamic quality leader capable of driving cultural and operational change across a complex international operation.The Head of Quality will take strategic ownership of the UK quality function while influencing a wider global quality network, including indirect leadership responsibility for multiple Quality Managers across international sites.This role requires far more than maintaining compliance.
