This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established and ambitious business where you will lead a high-performing sales function, develop strategic customer relationships and drive continued commercial growth. Working Monday to Friday based on a 42.5 hour contract, you will receive a starting basic salary of 48,000k and a comprehensive benefits package. Job Duties Include: Lead, motivate and develop the national sales team to achieve and exceed company sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across trade, fleet and independent garage customers. Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets to increase market share. Analyse sales performance, market trends and competitor activity, implementing strategies to maximise commercial opportunities. Set individual and team KPIs, providing regular coaching, mentoring and performance reviews. Work closely with the senior leadership team to develop business strategy and support company growth objectives.
