Diagnose plumbing faults and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard. Undertake a range of plumbing maintenance tasks, ensuring work is safe and compliant with relevant standards. Provide a professional and customer-focused service to tenants. Complete work to a high-quality finish, taking pride in workmanship. Work effectively as part of the repairs and maintenance team. Maintain accurate records of completed work and report any further issues identified. Follow health and safety procedures, council policies and safe working practices. Respond to repair requests and complete work within required timescales. Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a safe and appropriate condition. Person Specification Essential Standard plumbing qualification or substantial practical plumbing experience. Strong practical plumbing and maintenance skills. Experience carrying out reactive repairs, preferably within residential or social housing properties. Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
